This proposal is valid for acceptance for 15 days from the
date of issuance.
60% advance is required at the time of proposal acceptance, with the balance 40% to be paid at the time of product delivery.

This proposal does not include the cost for additional or other requirements that may be needed at the time of installation.
Our Android mobile app is free and can be installed on an unlimited number of devices.
Upon receiving 60% of the payment, an invoice for the corresponding amount will be issued.

The products mentioned in this proposal come with a limited one-year warranty. The customer has the option to extend the warranty of the products towards the end of the current warranty period.
Post-purchase, free one-year site support is available.
Damage or defects caused by transportation accidents, misuse, lack of, improper usage, or negligence on the part of the customer.
Willful damage or negligence, normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disasters.
Damage or defects caused by alteration, modification, or conversion not authorized by the company in writing.
Repairs carried out by personnel other than the company's authorized personnel.
Defects or damages due to any other external means or causes. Any damage to the system due to power fluctuations, surges, or under-voltage conditions is not covered under warranty.
No warranty is offered on any third-party products used in IRIS.
We highly recommend following these best practices:
Use a clean and stable power supply for the control system by mandatorily using a stabilizer or UPS, which shall be provided/sourced by the customer.
Use a stable Wi-Fi connection or good-quality routers for seamless network performance.
Use the product in a neat and tidy environment to ensure the proper functioning of the AI teacher robot
Ensure the site is ready as per the site readiness guidelines before the start of installation.
The product will be delivered within 30 days from the receipt of the advanced payment.
Installation, commissioning, and execution will depend on the availability of the customer. However, we assure a minimum turnaround time.
Option to extend warranty and service with an Annual AMC from the second year onwards..
